ABOUT GLUTEN FREE PIZZA BASE RECIPE

I'm making pizza for a group of 30+ persons and I realize that at the very least one of these can not have gluten so I had planned on making two or 3 gluten free crusts. They may all be designed in a very wood fired oven where cooking instances are under three minutes And that i haven't been able to find a GF recipe that can work With all the limit
